Megan + Colton remind me of a Hollywood couple (so it's fitting they're honeymooning in sunny California!). They have been dating since high school, and have known each other even longer. I always love high school romances that turn into marriage because it just goes against conventional wisdom that no one marries their first love, which gives hope to teenagers everywhere:) And of course I'm here because my parents fell in love in high school! Megan is such a sweet heart, and Colton clearly adores Megan.
Their wedding ceremony took place at Watkinsville First Baptist, and the reception was at Hotel Indigo. Megan and her bridesmaids got ready in a penthouse room at Hotel Indigo, and it was more than fabulous. The Tiffany blue grand piano was my favorite part of the room, and it was perfect because Tiffany blue was one of Megan's wedding colors. Megan's Vera Wang dress was the ultimate bridal gown, and her multi-colored sequined heels were absolutely glamourous. I also loved her bridal bouquet that included family brooches- which is such a special way to incorporate family heirlooms! One other special detail to mention is the amazing cross that was built by Megan's uncle for the wedding ceremony. It's a wooden cross with two doors built on either side and the couple's monogram on the center. It was incredible! Thanks Megan and Colton for having me document your special day, and thanks for being such an awesome red carpet couple!
